    Oh, well, the purpose of the "challenge" is to "probe" those who want to register.
    What I can say is that the ASCII conversion you tried actually helps ... but it is not the only decoding step to do.

    Please, read again from the top this thread
    You'll understand you have to solve a little "challenge" to access a questionnaire ... and send the answers to the specified e-mail address.

    Once exetools' admins/mods process your request, you'll be given a specific invitation code to register.
