LTE to WCDMA cell reselection threshold

Could someone share your experience how you set the threshold for cell reselection from LTE to WCDMA? it's perfect if someone can share some logfiles from very good network, like from Korea, Singapo, US or Hongkong,..

Hi,
Based on link budget calculation, we can get UE sensitivity with 3 Mbps at RSRP < -120 dBm. We need to add some margins for body loss, building penetration loss, shadowing margin ... in design phase. My concern is why many reconmendation show we should set threshold for LTE to WCDMA cell reselection larger than -115 dBm? Could you share some setting in live network and idea for that setting?
