Frequent Call drops & Poor voice call quality in ZTE 3G

Hi experts,

In our network we have ZTE8700 nodeb's on which we are facing heavy call drops & very poor call quality. The reason is unknown & more often PA disabled alarm is there resulting in zero RRC requests. We have checked IUB & VSWR and no noticable fault is found. ZTE experts pls help me. Guide me in what to check

Did you do the drive tests ? Is there a log file ?

On drive test it is observed that AMR on uplink is 12.4 100% always but on downlink the allocation is like 12.4 50% and 4.25 50%.

What can you say about Ec/Io, average Power on the sector ?
