My MTM5500 has the following problem:
The power amplifier transistor burnt-out.
Could anyone tell me what the model of this transistor is so I can do the repair?

I decided to open the radio and check, I am suspicious of a transistor model RD35HUF2, it follows its specification second datasheet:

DESCRIPTION

RD35HUF2 is MOS FET type transistor specifically

designed for VHF/UHF RF power amplifiers applications.

APAPLICATION

For output stage of high power amplifiers in VHF/UHF

band mobile radio sets.

If anyone could confirm it would be fine!

If anyone has the circuit schematic and can share it I will be very grateful.
