like XML files or may be CHR, Performance

Fastest way would be direct connection to eNodeB. If you have U2000, you can use the NE file transfer feature and download all files including XML. Pretty fast too with direct LAN connection.

Please which option exactly in NE File Transfer contains XML Configuration File,
I just see BRDLOG, CHR, etc but no configuration file
