AQM Based Congestion Control for HSDPA

Hi Expert,

The node is E//.
I have many nodes that start to have high PS drop and low throughput after feature "AQM Based Congestion Control for HSDPA" (featureStateHsAqmCongCtrl) was deactivated.
But this doesn't affect to all nodes.
When I activated again the feature then PS retainability and throughput improved.
Please can someone explain why is some sites becomes degraded when the feature deactivated.

AQM based congestion control feature is effective in case there are severe Iub congestion (High Iub congestion causes high HS Frame lost too) and this phenomena is normal you observe only in some sites that with high probablity there are severe Iub congestion .
