Interference in LTE 800MHZ

Hi:
I have one doubt:
I have interference in one site in the LTE 800Mhz band, the interference is 100% sure external, the site is the green field area and the neighbour sites are quite far.
Checking the FFT in the LMT I can see that it is a broadband interference that affect all the 20 MHZ, and checking the performance counters I can see that the PRB usage average reach 99% when the interference is active, but there isnt any traffic increase.
So, my bout is: is the scheduling system spreading the data in many PRB in order to mitigate the interference?
