    Default PreAllocationSwitch:OFF

    Dears, After PreallocationSwitch deactivation, we note that UL PRB usage, UL interference have been decreased, resulting on UL Throughput increase but DL Throughput decrease !!! Could you please explain the relation between the decrease of DL Throughput And PreAllocationSwitch:OFF, Thanks
