    Some suggestions:


    • Enable HSDPA Dynamic Code ALlocation and configure HsPdschMinCodeNum=1 (MOD UCELLHSDPA)
    • Expand HSDPA Codes (15 per sector)
    • Enable Load Reshuffling (LDR) for code tree (MOD UCELLALGOSWITCH:CellID=xx, NBMLdcAlgoSwitch=CELL_CODE_LDR-1; // MOD UCELLLDR:CellId=xx, DlLdrFirstAction=CodeAdj
    • Enable the SRB over HSDPA feature
    • Offload traffic towards neighbor cells by adjusting the Cell Individual Offset parameter
    • Add additional carriers
