in this forum I downloaded GENEX-OMStar_6.5.0_x64 but I need password to open this archive. Does anybody knows it?
passwords Fine@Topix@wWw and finetopix.com are not suitable

I tried to install 6.5.0 with the complete uninstall of previous OMStar, but I always got "Database corrupted please try to reinstall" message, and during install there is a clear problem with PostgreSQL setup. V500R017 works just fine.

Will try to do a completely clean install.

when you uninstall previous Omstar you should not uninstall PostgreSQL because 6.5.0 has no its' own Postgre setup, it uses existing Postgre.
Actually I also have problem with 6.5.0: "core file is corrupted"

Well that is no true, V500R017 has 9.3.0 PostgreSQL, while 6.5.0 has version 11, and the installation of Postgres 11 is where the install usually fails.

Will dig in when I have a bit more time.

A simple way to solve this issue is to install Omstar on your D: drive. Don't install it on C: drive
