Calculating LTE Throughput in Actix

How can we find the PDCP layer throughput from lte log files in actix? In attribute explorer there's App_Throughput_DL. Is the value given by this parameter the PDCP layer throughput?

Nope...not available. Does it depend on which vendor logfile we are using? I'm trying huawei logfiles from probe v17.
