some information from Germany:
the programming kit : one 7-pole programming cable, one feature enable dongle, one CD with RPR-software for programming.
I dont find more information about that.

Unfortunately we dont use this radio anymore. All the OTE radios are replaced many years ago to Hytera terminals (Budapest transport centre - Hungary).

Selex FC3000 is using similar programming application as mobile terminal VS4000, as this is essentially same radio modem in the different box wrapping. However, because programming interface is different (VS4000 is via Ethernet/LAN cable and FC3000 via serial/RS232 cable), they use different versions of Selex PRP software. Same version that programs FC3000 also used to program handheld Puma T3/T3+, because both are using serial PEI.

It needs a PRP software, RS232 programming cable (plain serial, without tweaks or converters) and of course, a USB HASP key to enable PRP app to run on your MS Windows computer.
I can help with software, but of course, unable to share hardware (USB dongle and cables) in the internet :-)
