Just i can say it is wrong strategical step, had the same swap in part of network before and now big bosses in company admitted was wrong move .

For swap process should have

1- A project manager from your company to handle such project
2- Agree on KPIs and mapped with currect formula so that when you compare the performance
3- Radio parameter mapping
4- Need to have drive test report for each site after swap to show the performance is very good
5- Need to have cluster drive test to have overview before and after the swap for any change.
6- You need radio team to follow on this process in order fastly and smoothly project running
7- End you need to make acceptance for swap
8- Either you need managed service for optimization for specific period or not depend on you .
