Different value from Tems Discovery Divice and Tems Investigation 18!

Hi Everyone,
I have log file record by Tems Pocket (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge). I replay this logfile with tems investigation 18.0.2, the RSCP value is very good. But when i import same logfile to Tems Discovery 11.1.10, the RSCP value is very bad. What is problem with Tems Discovery and how to fix it?. Thanks.
