Default 4G MCS PDSCH Index Distribution Question

    Hello Guys,

Currently, in our 4G network (TDD - Huawei NW) has a strange MCS distribution for Index 10 & 17.
The distributions of those value sometimes can be very low or zero. As i know from 3GPP it said that the TBS index was same for MCS 10 & 9, MCS 17 & 16.

    My question is:
    1. Could you please help to check in your networks for MCS 10 & 17 distribution? is it same like my case? Kindly inform your Technology TDD/FDD and your vendor (HW/ERI/NSN/.....)
    2. Even TBS index is same for MCS 10&9, MCS 17&16. Why our networks prefer to use lower MCS.

    Many thanks Guys
