    Hi;

    If the carried traffic is very low compared to normal sites "outdoor", you can do nothing for it, and the IBS site won't contribute to overall CDR, could you tell us what is the BH traffic in Erlang.

    OK;

    could you check from your side, what is the main reason of drops, "quality, Low signal strength, sudden, ...", this can help.
    if the main reason is quality, check the frequency plan, or check if any Hardware issue related to this cell including RU, jumbers, feeder, splitters / tappers, a VSWR and DTF can detect any issue related to installation.
    if the main reason is low signal strenght, you need to check the cell coverage by performing a walk test, and check whether it's fitting the plan.
    if the main reason is sudden or other, check as well the coverage plot and the neighbor plan, some missing NB might cause a sudden drop if the signal drops suddenly in some coverage gaps.

    I guess this can be helpfull for you.

    thanks Ghost78

    Do you know how to use U2000 of Huawei perfectly? Should we check on our system first before we start any testing ? right?

    For quality, Low signal strength , just perform testing to know those value . Can not measure on U2000 ???

    Hi;

    first you have to identify the main contributor to drops from KPIs monitoring too, I'm not huawei guy, but it should be U2000 as you said, after that react accordingly.
