In huawei network IRAT handover fails rises because of CO UMTS-->GSM fail.Did you face any problem like that.İf yes could you please share your advises.

Check if the neighbours are defined properly especially the external neighbour configuration in the BSC and RNC vice versa.

hi, you can check same bsic with co-gsm cell in co-umts cell coverage,
also deleting unnecessary irat neighborhoods may be useful, in this way co-umts cell will search less bsic for irat handover,
