    Default Lowering the initial MCS

    Dear experts,

    Any way to lower the initial MCS in the UL to increase RRC SR ?

    I have RRC fail due to MS NO Reply.

    By default usually the value is 4, I think you still can reduce it by 2.

    have you check for PUCCH parameter first before lowering UL MCS? may we know what is initiate MCS you used now for UL side?

    How to check for the Intial MCS and also PUCCH ? please to sepcify the needed parameter
