    Dear Basith:

If one for transmit (Dx1 for example) and the other for receive (Dx2)
So, if the installation teams by mistakes connect sector 2 Dx1 in the place of sector0 Dx1:

I will get frequent handover between sector 0 and 2 BCCHs and TCHs if I drove in front of sector0 maibbeam (two transmit cables)
And I will not receive any information if I drove in front of sector2 mainbeam (two receive cable)

    Am I right or wrong?

    Dear Justdream

This kind of swap that you mentioned named Cross Connection and in the network is more difficult to find!!

For your information there is 3 kind of Swap:

    1.Complete Swap
    2.Partial Swap
    3.Cross connection

    Hi basith.aces,
If you're talking 10 years ago, may be you're correct, that one feeder for transmitting and another for receiving. But now, these 2 feeders are for Main and Diversity, means that you can use this antenna even with 1 feeder, but you won't have diversity gain.
