    Default Another UARFCN DL scanned

    Dear expert,

    We have just put on air a 3G site U-900. We do a drive test and when the site is down, the UE is measuring another UARFCN DL (of another operatiors) and it continuing the download. Could someone explain this strange behavior? How to correct this?
