    Default Cell Power in Huawei

    Dear Experts,

    Can anyone share me the calculation form of cell power in Huawei?
    Example
    Reference signal power(0.1dBm) = 152 it's 10W
    Reference signal power(0.1dBm) = 122 it's 5W
