for a LTE FDD cell I found that b2Threshold2RscpUtra=-115 and b2Threshold2Geran=-105. are these values correct in relative perspective?
if yes, what should be the appropriate counterpart values for b1ThresholdRscpUtra and b1ThresholdGeran?
