Maybe i am wrong here, but what i understood E/// doesnt use Closed Loop Power Control.
They only use Open-Loop Power Control with / without Fractional Power Control (Full Pathloss compensation or partial Pathloss compensation).

    Hi

Open Loop is when the UE doesn't report the PMI -Precoding Matrix Index and the eNodeB used one fix.

Closed loop is when the UE reports the PMI and the eNodeB takes in consideration the these weights.

By default E/// is using Open Loop

    Hope this clarify your question

Hi all, but when use closed loop ==> throughput edge cell > when use open loop
==> Why not use closed loop??
