Volte and Carrier Aggregation

Does carrier aggregation has any merit on VoLTE (QCI1)?

Hi Bohemian,

I don't expect CA in VoLTE due the small packet in average 3 Radio Blocks each 20ms. CA is used to transfer in the same TTI more bits of information using 2 o more carriers.

CA is needed when demand of higher throughput is required. VoLTE does not required CA. for multi services including QCI1 , Pcell will be used.
