Determine Sites Same Location

Dears,

in my network 2G and 3G and 4G sites don't have same name or ID
I want to check neighbors defined between Co.Site or not

as they have different names, I'm confused how to audit this

May be by mapinfo as they have same coordinates, our experts could guide me to find a way to get a list of 2G/3G/4G sites share same coordinates
or any other solution/ idea will be welcomed

I'm not sure if it will scale well for the whole network , but for small clusters and you can use the distance calculator tool. Filter by distance near to 0 for cosite. Below a video tutorial using schools as example but it is the same idea. I hope this helps.
