RACH FACH Ratio

HI Guys,

I just wondering, when I use formula to calculate User FACH, Sign FACH, User RACH, Sign RACH ratio, I always get result that Signalling Ratio is higher than
User ratio.

Here is the formula ( I use R12 formula, with EFD activated) :

1. SIG FACH Utility Ratio (2sccpch) ==> (VS.CRNCIubBytesFACH.Tx-VS.CRNCIubBytesPSR99.CCH.Tx)*8/ (60*<SP>*168*2/0.01)
2. USER FACH Utility Ratio(2sccpch) ==> VS.CRNCIubBytesPSR99.CCH.Tx*8/(60*<SP>* 360* 1/0.01)
3. SIG RACH Utility Ratio ==> (VS.CRNCIubBytesRACH.Rx.Rx- VS.CRNCIubBytesPSR99.CCH.Rx)*8/（60*<SP>* 168* 1/0.02*4)
4. USER RACH Utility Ratio ==> VS.CRNCIubBytesPSR99.CCH.Rx *8 /(60*<SP>* 360* 1/0.02*4)

Really appreciate if smd can explain it here. Please also share if smd has R16/R17 formula calculation.
