    FAQ-N Mobile Phone Issue Analyse
    1. From the message of Trace ,RAB assign already complete,and Direct message is next message .but Phone send “RB SETUP CMP”,this Message include rrc-TransactionIdentifier:0x0 (0),Beforetime Phone has already sent “rrc-TransactionIdentifier:0x0 (0)” RB SETUP CMP .So the Message can’t decode ,bring RNC Abnormity ,RNC sent “IU RELEASE RELEASE ” Message to CN .So access fail. And we use the Huawei Phone tested access 100 times ,didn’t have access fail.
    2. From the trace of CallDrop,N95 phone also have abnormity .
    In case 1 of Call Drop: When finish RAB assign ,Phone send RB FECFG FAIL to RNC and request CN release .At last Phone send Disconnect Direct Message to release the call.
    In case 2 of Call Drop: When finish RAB assign ,Phone send message of “cellChangeOrderFromUTRANFailure”, so RNC can’t decode the message of Phone, bring the Abnormity Process .
    3. Base on analyse ,the reason of Access Issue and Call Drop should be problem of N95 phone send Abnormity Message, RNC can’t decode . We will change the N95 phone and use other kind of phone to test again. We use Hw535, Samsung, SonyE******* Mobile phone didn’t have this issue.
