Congestion counters Huawei

Gents,

I am looking for some counters in Huawei that provide all accessibility failures due to resources and mainly users license limitation. I know that it exists in E// and I am wondering if we have the same in Huawei. I just would like to assess congestion in the NW.

Any updates? This is good,, for now only PRB utilization is available on us,, but we also need to know any failure assignments in resource to know if there is indeed Congestion.. thanks.

Check the PDCCH CCE counter. If it used is more than 60% of what's available then you can say together with if PRB utilization is low, you can use the congestion handling RAN feature.
