lsdecode 8.6.0.54 with med

After jmp between codes, I successfully med lsdecode 8.6.0.54 to show other hiden lic info.

Thanks to zementmischer for original findings about this kind of patch.

This is self made med (without digging patches from other old version), so if any bug is there pls let me know.
