Cell Id Dispaly issue in Mapinfo and actix with Samsung Galaxy S4 with TEMS 16.3

Dear Group Members

We are facing an issue while using Samsung Galaxy S4 with Tems 16.3 , in the field everything seems to be fine line , CGI, network coverage, cell id, everything works perfect but when generating report cell id (2G) plot not completely visible, in Rxlevel plot complete drive route is displayed but when plotting Cell id only the half of the covered route displayed.

Kindly support if anyone experience same with S4 Mobile.

do you connect any others handsets or modems ?
as smart handsets with old phones may have make logs after record have problems

no only 2 S4, 1 idle mode 2nd one short call

its your phones maybe license or some bugs in analyzing tool if recorded log already played by tems and all ok then mean problem in ploting tool
try mapinfo for CI or check may your net work make handover to another technlongy
