if you want to adjust RET use MOD RETSUBUNIT command.Make sure you check the RET supported MAX tilt values using DSP RETDEVICEDATA command to make sure you are not setting tilt beyond device capability.....For TMA use DSP TMA & DSP TMA SUBUNIT to see the Gains.Further you can set the attenunation using MOD RXBRANCH command
