Hello, Probaby BIODA gave you his U2000 current project files so thats why it require upgrade version.
As i know U2000 is unique each project for example BIODA U2000 file size is 900Mb, probably at first time it only 500Mb and during the project its going to 900Mb, his U2000 contain his network topology such as upgraded btsversion or something like that.
