Equipment support Carrier aggregation FDD and TDD technology in LTE

Please let me know is there any equipment which can support LTE FDD and TDD carrier aggregation.
If any then please let me know the details and technical specification that which band from TDD it could support and which band from FDD it could support in between carrier aggregation

We have been tested FDD-TDD CA with Sumsung Galaxy S7. But then you should check with Sumsung local office that this CA combinations is activated in sw.
