Usage exceeding Allocated license

What happens when actual usage of a particular BSC (Huawei)feature exceeds the allocated license for that feature? I have seen this scenario occurring in our network.

You need to buy more BSC license. The license determine the soft capacity of the BSC, hence when all get utilized, services will be denied.
