A good study talkgroup performance LMR by FCC

As part of an ongoing effort to better understand the communication needs of emergency responders, the Communications Systems Analysis Division (CSAD) of the Public Safety & Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) studied the impact of the Minneapolis bridge collapse on local emergency communications systems. CSAD analyzed empirical data from the emergency communication system used by emergency responders during the event.

This performance analysis provides results for the Minneapolis LMR(PMR) system as well as any generic trunked LMR system.
