ACK Rate % (TEMS HS)

Hi Experts,

we are doing several benchmarks and our NW is getting 1st rank all the time. However we have one observation which do require explanation.

ACK rate % : is just 26%

When we check related KPIs, It has relation with NACK% & DTX %

our NACK % is 2%
DTX is 72%

Please confirm this is normal or do we need to work on it. We should exclude DTX part from our calculations as there wasn't any data sent.
So NACK & ACK should be considered only.

Do you have this 26% ACK rate constantly, or does it depend on the cell load or Iub bandwidth?

we just shared the average of complete drive test benchmark.

surely it was changing from cell to cell and overall average is showing 26%.
