Question model tuning based on OSS measurement?

    Dear Experts

Is it possible to use E/// OSS Measurements (MRR/GPEH) during model tuning instead of drive test? As i understand, there could be some problem like-

    1) OSS measurement results are based on subscriber position, subscriber can be far away or in the null position of the cell.
    2) Most of the subscribers are at indoor, there is a indoor loss, so it won't be accurate.
    3) We need to arrange DT in main beam direction, which cannot be ensured from OSS measurements.
    4) Active measurement - power control involved in MRR and GPEH, which is not replicating the actual radio environment. Whereas CW is a passive measurement.

Anything else? Can someone please enlighten me?

    Thanks in advance.

Well long time ago we did based on DT and Deactivated Power control for different clutter .
