    hi experts,

    just wanna ask if you have experience wherein the ue initiates release before radio bearer set-up, just after call proceeding dl msg.. i think this is not tagged as failure on OSS as it is considered normal call clearing.. t312 is on default and n312 is s1

    Could be that the customer pressed the DISCONNECT button short time after having started the call setup ... happens i.e. if you scroll through contacts and accidently start a call, notice this and disconnect immediately.
