    Default RAB Index

    Dears,

I've observed that in all RNC in several countries, all networks have same settings of below RAB Index
    RABINDEX
    0 to 6
    11 to 19
    21 to 28
    40 to 121

    my inquiries about:
what about missing RAB Indexes like 30 & 31 for example why not activated?
What's the meaning/ mapping of each RAB Index value?

    Hi Justdream,

RABIndex is used to map service requested by the user, based on available resource.

Each service is differentiated by its rate, such as AMR12.2, PS64, PS128,PS384,etc. In case you want to reduce code utilization, you can deactivate the related rabindex, such as deactivate RABindex 47,48 for PS256 and PS384.

Here I attach RAB index mapping for detail information.

    Thanks
