Delayed SI2Quater Messages : Delayed Cell Reselection 2G-->3G

Hello Experts,

I have been facing issue of Delayed Cell Reselection 2G-->3G. On investigation, I could see that SI2Quater messages are received after almost 3.5sec in Nokia, while Huawei is having within 25msec.
Any idea what could delay SI2Quater this much. The UE is in Packet mode.

Hello Experts,

I have found that L2 Message Length is 21 for Vendor where SI2Quater is scheduled fast, while 1 for my case.
Can this be the reason?

Msgs are scheduled according to the 3gpp specs, scheduling can be enhanced for SI2quater by implementing Extended BCCH, please verify is there extended BCCH implemented in Huawei and no in Nokia for your case?

Also you have optimized SI2Quarter message for Huawei that sends 2 instead of 4 messages that can increase reselection speed.

We have ordered Extended BCCH test LK. Huawei have not implement yet.
I will check "optimized SI2Quarter message" for Huawei.
