disabling HSPA CapaHo and change in CM Alloc SF/2
Dear Experts,
After disabling HSPA Capability based Handover in one Wcel, i observed a decrease in UL/DL CM Allocations using the high layer scheduling method and in UL/DL CM Allocations using the SF/2 method also.
For the first one, it's normal as HSPA Capa HO is acting in PS NRT, but i cannot explain the change in CM Allocations with SF/2 method (which is MRAB or CS AMR service impact only).
Thanks for your help.
