    Which Vendor do you have? And is this a counter or a Cutomized KPI to which you are referring?

    Normally RRC Early rejects can be due to CE Congestion.

    Dear,
    It is E******* vendor.
    It is an alarm on certains NodeB of RNC.
    What can be the issue.
