QXDM / QPST - Android

Hi, I try to connect some Smarthpone Android to QXDM - QPST but the QXDM 3.14 only detect the device by the port COM (Communication interface) and when I connect the Android system not appear this port COM in device manager of windows
If somebody know something how connect Android to QXDM please comments

Hi,

I think QXDM/QPST works only with smartphones having qualcomm chipset. Have you tried connecting a samsung phone because most chipsets were qualcomm or phones with qualcomm chipset like ASUS, Moto etc. and you should install necessary usb drivers.

install device driver, install latest QPST, only Qualcomm chipset is supported as techfolkcmr mentioned.

Yes I try to do with Chipset Qualcomm and with differents smartphones but NO detect by the port COM only detect in the device manager by "ADB interface driver".
And the QPST only working when the port COM are detect in the PC

Do you know what is it the latest versión of QPST & QXDM

you have to enable USB Debugging

You have to enable diagonistic mode in phones. It is simple in Samsung phones by dialing *#0808# and selecting dm+modem option

Try this and say if it works or not Open the caller app and type in *#*#8778#*#* This one for service menu and check any option available there : *#*#7378423#*#*

with *#*#7378423#*#* apper a new window (Service Info/Service settings/Service Test/Customization setting), but with *#*#8778#*#* nothing
