Route planning for Pre/Post DT

Hi,
Could you please suggest suitable application/site for creating DT route especially for small areas/towns.
I met difficulties in Google maps creating the exact route that I want since it tries to optimize it.
The other problem is exporting to other navigation - Sygic, Navigon.(where from the other side is even harder to create desired route).

I probably did not explain it well.
Actually I need application which does routing - takes into account one way streets for example - which actually the navigation does.
However there it is hard to load 20/30/40 point through which to pass.
Imagine you need to do a detailed DT for a town, how you create a route for your navigation?

the point is create a route for your navigation right?
honestly we did mannualy using arrow while drawing the route
probably there will be a wrong arrow, the DT engineer can try to find the correct arrow by himself

Imagine you need to do a detailed DT for a town, how you create a route for your navigation?

That will be excellent tool for drive testing! I would like to use it.
According your question we just create a raster picture with appropriate scale (where all interested streets are depicted) and give it to the driver. So his task is simple - drive through all highways without turns (to test an appropriate handover through these highways) and after drive through all depicted streets (or vice versa). Of course some routes will be doubled during task.
Actually I don`t know an application which automatically create optimal driving route with the criterias given above. And of course in some cases you need to drive twice along some streets to test symmetry of adjacencies.

You have to log in/register, save the route and then you have Available file formats: GPX, TCX, CRS, KML, JPG, GIF or PNG.
Or send it to Garmin.

Now, let see if anyone can help with transition to Sygic, Navigon or iGo
