How to solve a code congestion in a site when this one is already in dual carrier and the paramerter numHsPdschCodes is already the minimun (=1).

Hi,

If this is E******* equipment then you may reduce the R99 traffic so that the code tree will have less occupation.

Look for the this parameters and reduce the radio link.

Hi,

You may check CodeAdm parameter for the cell also. If it did not help you can offload the cell traffic by shifting traffic to other sites or other RAN(GSM ). F-DPCH also would help as well.
