Huawei Operation Log from U2000

Hello,

I need automatically exported NE Operation Log and Operation log from U2000 for all 2G/3G/4G nodes.
There is one option in Task management-> File Interface -> Operation log, but the exported results seems far from complete.

Does anyone of you have experience with this?
I actually have no rights to configure, but I want to know if this is the correct option I need and then ask Huawei for support.

Any other ideas for getting automatically Op log from Huawei OSS?

Hi,

I use to get operation logs, but from System -> Log management -> Query NE Operation Logs.

Prior to retrieve the logs you have to import the log files (Import NE Logs).

Have you try Task management -> Manual Dump -> Operation log manual dump?

unfortunately i don't have right also.

But you can try other things,
You can get operation log hourly or daily from BRD LOG EnodeB.
ULD FILE from EnodeB -> Download from FTP -> open using latest FMA.
