intermittent LTE connections

we are facing a network wide issue in Huawei LTE(TDDD) where users usually complain of intermittent connections. i have tried increasing inactivity timer but no relief.

do anyone here faced this kind of issue. our network is a Fixed wireless i.e. we have customer UE's(CPE) fixed.

may i know how do you measure the intermittent connection? is it happened on small cluster or spesific place?

If it is not general issue network/cluster wide. Check transmission on the site and coverage . Maybe user having transition to 3G if you have reselection and with delay or does not come back to LTE any more.

make long ftp tests or you can use IPERF so you can stress your connection. we had something limiting our throughput and it was an ALU equipment on the transmission path but nothing could possibly indicate it from kpi point of view... good luck!
