Hi Khaldounh,

Here some points affecting SINR in LTE

* Load of the network (PRB and RRC)
* Cell edge
*Overlapping between servers where the difference is least 5dB
*TX Power of the UE

Hi

SINR can be due to load also. in Nokia if we keep the "Dlinterfernce load" value high then SINR degrades,eventually throughput gets affected.
