Data Disconnection with IRAT HO (3G to 2G)

Dear Experts,

We have an issue in our network as follows.
A user in 3G, starts a data session, and he receive a call. Depending on RF status IRAT handover is triggered and only CS is transferred to 2G but data session is disconnected.

Does any one faced such a scenario? How can we overcome this?

do u have DTM enabled in 2G network ? (if yes do you have enough license for it ?)
the scenario you mentioning is not clear
do you establish multi-RAB in 3G and then due to radio condition IRAT happens?
or immediately user tries to make sppech call IRAT happens ?
in 2G network when speech call finishes, user does establish PS call ?

1. Yes DTM enabled
2.Yes multi RAB established,as much user in 3G mode both CS ans PS is working, IRAT happen due to the radio condition, threshold RSCP -102 (not immediately)
3. No. We have huawei here, can u please share the relevant parameters to activate this service.
