Hi,
Main reasons could be poor radio condition, congestion , forget to consider room for mobility purpose for resource reservation, UL RSSI.

Transmission issues also can affect the DCR but usually can be seen in all the site cells.

Hi,
Some reasons could be high RTWP, poor radio conditions in users that requesting service from borde cell.

Hi,
It dépends if you will investigate in which kpi formula... HSPA drop can happen due to transmission issue, MAC-hs reasons in addition to radio conditions.
To consider associated DCH channel (if SRB over HSPA not there) drop directly impacting HSDPA drops (foccus on SHO NRT fails).
